Card on File Policy
We require a valid card on file for all client appointments as a placeholder for your appointment. For appointments under 30 minutes and under $75 no deposit is required So rest assured that this card will only be charged if you violate our cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy.
At Platinum Gold Aesthetics, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. To secure your appointment for services that require 30 minutes or more, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Card will be charged after scheduling. We understand that circumstances can arise, and we are happy to reschedule appointments without penalty with 48 hours' advance notice. If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
We value your time at Platinum Gold Aesthetics and strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service. To ensure that our estheticians and PMU artists can provide you with the quality service and outcome that you deserve, we kindly request that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we ask that you be mindful of the time of other guests and our estheticians. We honor a grace period of a few minutes from your scheduled appointment time, when possible, but we may need to reschedule your appointment if your delay affects the service of our next scheduled guest.
We value the time and effort of our staff at Platinum Gold Aesthetics, and as such, we charge a fee of 50% for 50% for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, including rebooking within 24 hours.
Code of Conduct Policy
At Platinum Gold Aesthetics, we take pride in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all our guests. Any conduct of harassment or sexual exploitation will not be tolerated. Your service will be stopped, and you will be asked to leave the premises. For the protection of our clients, any client under the age of 18 receiving a waxing service to an intimate area (bikini, full bikini, or Brazilian) must have a legal guardian present during the time of service. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording or engaging in video calls during your service, as this may compromise the privacy and comfort of other clients and your esthetician. We want you to be completely satisfied with your service, and to ensure this, we ask that you examine the waxed or treated area before checking out. If you are not satisfied, please let the esthetician who performed your service know.

One per customer, per service, per year and cannot be combined with any additional promotions or discounts. Cancellation and no-show policy apply. Violations will result in the redemption of Groupon to cover the fee.
